When I met Michael von Hintzenstern in 1982 and, just a few weeks later, performed Wach by Karlheinz Stockhausen with him for the first time in the Annenkirche in Eisenach, my musical career truly began. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work on new improvisation projects in various countries and with many partners. Some of these musicians have deeply influenced my musical thinking, and my collaboration with the Ensemble für Intuitive Musik Weimar (EFIM) has lost none of its fascination and intensity since 1982.
