200g Feta cut into pieces
100g fresh cheese (Frischkäse ohne Kräuter)
4 (!) eggs
180-200g Party tomatoes
cut eggplants into quarters (long side), then into slices (resulting small triangles)
line baking sheet with paper
brush eggplants with cooking olive oil
salt a little
if the surface is full, put a second layer, repeat oil and salt
bake 35 minutes at 210 Celsius
line blue baking form with paper
border with normal oil but not the paper
in TM6
200g Feta cut into pieces
100g fresh cheese (Frischkäse ohne Kräuter)
4 (!) eggs
50g Sahne (ohne Laktose)
a bit Vega red pepper
10 seconds , speed 4.5
cut Party tomatoes in half
put Eggplants on the bottom, then the tomatoes
some Oregano
pour the TM6 sauce over it
sprinkle 1 Tea black cumin
1 Tea sesame seeds
bake 35 minutes at 180C
turn 180 degrees (front to back)
bake 10 more minutes
after baking, wait for 10 minutes before opening the ring
wait another 20 minutes before cutting! the quiche needs to 'firm up'
